Here's another great recipe for you to consider making during your recovery from breast augmentation! I made one of these every single day of my recovery. Not only is it delicious, it will be super helpful for your body as it repairs itself. If you aren't familiar with the health benefits of the ingredients listed below, you can count on them being anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and delicious! :-)
- 1c almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1c frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs honey or agave nectar
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Before your breast augmentation, put all the ingredients (minus the almond milk) in a labeled freezer-safe bag and into the freezer.
When you’re ready to drink your smoothie, put your frozen smoothie ingredients in the blender with the almond milk. Blend until smooth! :-)
The only thing this smoothie is missing is a little umbrella. The pineapple and coconut flavors really take over, leaving you with a resemblance of a pina colada without any of the guilt.
