Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy that contains nutrients which are especially important for the reduction of bruising and swelling. To take them, simply place the recommend dosage into the cap, and then toss them into your mouth being careful not to touch them with your hands.

I know there can be some apprehension around all-natural or homeopathic supplements, but I encourage you to at least consider these two. I began taking both Bromelain and Arnica Montana 5 days before and after my procedure, and I had very minimal swelling with no bruising at all. Give ‘em a shot!

Great advice! Getting bromelain by eating pineapple or drinking pineapple juice is an easy way to potentially reduce any bruising and swelling faster. Arnica is also a great natural supplement that has been shown to provide similar benefits. You can do them in combination and as Jenny Eden recommends, it most helpful start in the week before surgery and continue until your bruising and swelling have subsided.
