If you happened to miss it, rumors have been flying all over the place about Selena Gomez getting a breast augmentation since July. Right after her Summer break up with Justin Bieber, Selena said that she constantly felt insecure while dating him. She then said that she has been feeling “powerful” for the first time ever.
I've seen this time and time again. It's very common for a woman who have or who are considering breast implants to feel a wonderful sense of self-worth and strength.
Alright already... did Selena Gomez get a boob job or not??
Let's take a minute to compare some older photos with some newer ones.
This photo was taken of Selena at the Flaunt Magazine Party in November of 2013. Notice how naturally that her breasts are, especially the upper potion.
This photo was taken just 6 months later, and there is an obvious amount of "Frankenboob" going on with Selena's breasts. Frankenboob is completely normal for a new breast augmentation, because the breasts have "dropped and fluffed" yet.
Selena's nipples are also sitting a little too low on her breast, and both of her boobs have a much rounder shape than we were used to seeing them have.
I feel like the two photos above are the best evidence in favor of Selena's breast augmentation.
What Plastic Surgeons Are Saying
Dr. Jonathan Shifren of WAVE Plastic Surgery Center in LA told HollywoodLife.com, “It appears that Selena has had a breast augmentation. The breasts appear fuller and you can see the outline of the upper portion of the implant. They tend to sit high on the chest wall in the immediate post-operative period."
Dr. Jennifer Walden also weighed in and said, “Without having operated on her it is hard to tell the exact size of the breast implants, but it seems based upon the before and after photos provided it is probably around a 300 to 325 cc implant. That would be a “full C” on her frame."
To wrap it up, I'm 99.99% positive that Selena got breast implants. There's just no way that the additional projection she has had since July is from something like weight gain or push-up bra trickery. I say good for her. They look great on her, and I'm hopeful that she will open up about her procedure to help encourage other women who may be considering breast implants.
