How (And When!) to Play Your Breasts Up vs. Playing Them Down

Just like The Byrds and the Bible say, there is a time for everything. And when it comes to breast implants, one of the most important things I’ve learned is how (and when!) to either play my breasts up or play them down.

In other words, how to either make it more obvious that I’m no longer a B-cup (“playing up”) or make it less obvious that I ever had an augmentation (“playing down”).

Some women with breast implants can’t imagine ever wanting to try and divert attention away from their augmentation…

However, for women like myself who find themselves in professional environments, being able to play our breasts down is something that is very important… whether that’s for the culture of our workplace or just our own personal comfort.

On the other hand, I really enjoy being able to play my breasts up for certain occasions as well…

Whether that’s date night with my husband or going to a really nice dinner while on vacation. Personally, I intentionally don’t play them up 100% of the time. It makes me feel really special when I push them up (or out) a little more than usual and my husband can’t help but stare at me all night.

If I were to dress like that all of the time, it would feel inappropriate in some situations and it might start becoming an expectation for my husband… both of which I do my best to avoid.

The biggest thing to help you either play them up or down is definitely the bra that you wear (not necessarily how tight your clothes are). I wear scrubs tops that are really tight a few days a week, and it looks like I’m B-Cup if I’m wearing my “C Essential” full-coverage T-Shirt bra from Chantelle…

However, if I put on my Victoria’s Secret “Very Sexy” push-up bra or a U-Plunge bra, it starts getting pretty obvious that there’s more than a handful going on here.
