If you’ve been following Eden Knows Implants for a while you know I love a good manta… a little bit of positivity goes a long way!
If you are new to Eden Knows Implants, welcome aboard! There’s lots for us to explore on this Boobie Journey together.
I’ve rounded up some of my favorite EKI mantras and I’m going to tell you all about them in a 2-part adventure. I’ll start Part 1 with my top practical mantras…
Temper Your Expectations
First and foremost, start your journey with this key expression in mind. You’ll find out soon enough it’s best to have realistic expectations.
Be it size, your recovery or even timescales… get real girl and have at the heart of everything you do a sense of reality.
Listen To And Trust Your Surgeon
A Boobie Journey is a collaborative process. You’re not alone, your surgeon should be with you every step of the way.
Make sure your chosen surgeon is accredited and experienced and let their answers be the ones you trust over anything you read on the internet or hear from friends.
It’s really important for you to understand the benefits and risks of breast implants. Your surgeon should make you aware of this before your surgery.
The internet can be your friend. Join in online boobie communities (like my super supportive Bustmob!) but be wary of information overload. Remember my second mantra… if you’re not sure, ask your surgeon.
I’m a total prepper! When I knew what my boobie journey was going to look like I started to prep.
Check out Boobie Guides to find the look you’re after and share them with your surgeon.
Prepping before your surgery (having the house clean, and checking out recovery tips like preparing meals in advance and having friends on hand to help out with kids etc) helps you have a smooth recovery.
When you first embark on your boobie journey you’ve made a life changing decision.
It’s super exciting to be realizing a dream and to make a positive change for you. I hope the boobie mantras will help you have a smooth journey 🙂
